SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping is on us for all orders in Canada over $75, and in the U.S. on orders over $100CDN. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Items will be shipped through Canada Post within 7 business days of your order.

Returns 

If you are not delighted with your order, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, less shipping/return costs.

Any damaged goods will be replaced on us. Please send photos of the product and packaging and we’ll send you a new item to replace it.

Note: Consumable items including honey are final sale and cannot be returned.
